摘　　要：伴随着网络数字信息的发展,数据的关联与共享已成为信息世界发展的趋势。为适应新的变化,2015年4月,IFLA对《国际编目原则》(下称"ICP")进行了最新的修订,在内容、结构、术语等方面都进行了调整。ICP的变化能够集中反映国际编目界最炙手可热的研究热点和前沿问题,研究其变化对于了解今后编目规则的变化走向及编目实践都具有深刻的指导意义。With the development of digital information network, data relevancy and sharing become a big trend in the information world. To adapt to new changes, in April 2015, IFLA made new revision on Statement of International Cataloguing Principles（hereinafter referred to as ＂ICP＂） and also made adjustment on the content, structure, terminology, etc. These changes of ICP can reflect the most hot and research cutting-edge issues of international cataloging community, the researching on these changes have a profound effect on understanding the trend and future changes of cataloging principles afterwards.
