摘　　要：通过选取10所具有一定代表性的国内外高校图书馆的制度文本进行内容的考察和比较,分别从框架体系、治理结构、制度要素和生成机制方面进行分析,从根本上阐明高校图书馆管理制度的发生机制和作用过程,为高校图书馆管理制度建设提供可靠的价值判断和操作规范。Through review and comparison of the system text selecting 10 representative domestic and foreign university libraries and based on analysis on aspects separately from the frame system, the governance structure, the institutional factor and the generating mechanism this paper basically clarifies the mechanism and the function process of management system of the university library in order to provide the reliable value judgment and the operation standard for management system of the university library.
