摘  要:目的研究基于巯基化透明质酸骨架片的牛血清白蛋白的体外释放特性。方法以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为模型药物,通过测定不同巯基取代度、不同p H下骨架片体外释放度,并采用零级动力学方程、一级动力学方程、Higuchi方程、RitgerPeppas方程、威布尔方程拟合,阐明BSA体外释放的机理。结果巯基化透明质酸能延缓BSA的释放,并随着结合物巯基含量的增加,释放速率减慢;巯基化透明质酸骨架片在p H6.8磷酸盐缓冲液中的释放速率大于在p H1.7氯化钾-盐酸缓冲液中的释放速率。结论基于巯基化透明质酸骨架片的BSA的体外释放机制为骨架溶蚀。OBJECTIVE To study the release mechanism of bovine serum albumin( BSA) from thiolated HA matrix tablets. METHODS Release studies were performed with BSA as model compounds,at different content of thiol groups and different p H. To get the best fitting model of BSA release from thiolated hyaluronic acid matrix tablets,the release of BSA were confirmed in Zero order kinetic equation,first order kinetic equation,Higuchi equation,Ritger- Peppas and Weibubll's equation. RESULTS Thiolated hyaluronic acid could delay BSA release,and lower the release rate. Futhermore,BSA release rate in p H 6. 8 phosphate buffer was greater than that in p H1. 7 KCl- HCl buffer. CONCLUSION The release mechanism of BSA from thiolated hyaluronic acid matrix tablets is erosion model.
