摘  要:目的研究赤苷脉通注射液(CGMT)对大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育的毒性。方法 160只SD大鼠随机均分为对照组和CGMT 75、150、300 mg·kg-1剂量组;雄鼠交配前9周至交配成功,雌鼠交配前2周至妊娠7 d分别连续于尾静脉给药,交配结束处死雄鼠,进行精子数、精子活力和精子形态学等指标检查,孕鼠于妊娠14 d时处死,记录妊娠子宫重量、黄体数和着床数等指标,观察胚胎死亡情况。结果 CGMT各剂量组各项检测指标与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论试验条件下,CGMT在300 mg·kg-1剂量下对SD大鼠的生育力和早期胚胎发育无明显毒性作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the fertility and early embryo developmental effect of the injection of Chigan Maitong( CGMT)in SD rats. METHODS The 160 SD rats were randomly divided into the solvent control group and Chiganmaitong injection 75,150 and 300 mg·kg^-1dose groups. The drugs were administered respectively by iv to male rats from 9 weeks before mating to after mating period and to female rats from 2 weeks before mating to the gestation day 7( GD7). Male rats were sacrificed after mating period,and the sperm count,sperm motility,and sperm morphology were examined. Female rats were sacrificed on gestation day 14( GD14),and the gravid uterus weight,the number of corpora lutea,and implantation sites were recorded. The existence and death of embryos were observed. RESULTS There was no significant difference between the 3 Chigan Maitong injection groups in the in Dexes and the solvent control group( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION CGMT has no obvious fertility and early embryo developmental toxicity on SD rats when the dose is below 300 mg·kg^-1.
