双苷清咽含片的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的对双苷清咽含片的药效进行试验研究。方法采用浓氨水致咳的小鼠模型验证其止咳药效;采用小鼠气管排泌酚红模型验证其化痰药效;采用乙酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高模型及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型验证其抗炎药效。结果双苷清咽含片对小鼠浓氨水引咳可明显延长引咳潜伏期并减少小鼠咳嗽次数;对小鼠气管酚红排泌有明显促进作用;对乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有明显抑制作用,对二甲苯所致耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用。结论双苷清咽含片具有止咳化痰及抗炎的药效。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Shuanggan Qingyan tablet. METHODS Ammonia- induced cough model was employed to study antitussive effect. Phenolsulfonphothalein excretion test was employed to study the expectorant effect. Xylene-induced mouse ear edema model and permeability model by acetic acid- induced mice celiac capillary were employed to study anti-inflammatory effect. RESULTS Shuanggan Qingyan tablet showed certain antitussive effect to ammonia- induced cough,and could significantly decrease the cough frequency and prolong the cough incubation period,and could signractificantly increase the secretory of phenol red. Shuanggan Qingyan tablet could significantly decrease the permeability of acetic acid- induced mice celiac capillary. And it also could significantly inhibit the ear of xylene- induced mouse swelling. CONCLUSION Shuanggan Qingyan tablets has antitussive,expectorant and anti- inflammatory effects.
