弹性杆筛板在黑岱沟选煤厂的应用效果分析

摘　　要：为适应当前的煤炭市场变化,优化商品煤结构,黑岱沟选煤厂引进了弹性杆筛板;根据工艺需要对其结构进行了优化,并采用结构优化后的弹性杆筛板进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:弹性杆筛板的使用对生产系统几乎没有负面影响,而其能够有效提高准2商品煤的产量。在目前的煤炭市场形势下,准2商品煤的销售空间更大,且价格下降幅度较小,对于提升企业经济效益具有较明显的积极作用。In order to adapt to the change of the current coal market and optimize the structure of the commercial coal,technical upgrading work was made on a kind of elastic- rod screenplate previously used with an aim to optimizing its structure for suiting to the needs of the cleaning process. Result of industrial test made with the structurally optimized screenplate indicates that no negative effect can be observed following the use of the screenplate. Contrarily,the output of the plant＇s Zhun 2#saleable coal is noticeably increased. This produces an obviously positive effect for the improvement of the plant ＇s economic performance due to the fact that,under the current market situation,Zhun 2#coal product can find a larger marketing space and can be sold at less reduced price.
