摘 要:为了定量评价铁矿集区资源综合利用状况,结合目前的生产现状,建立基于地质、采矿、选矿、共伴生资源利用、经济指标等5个单元、13个指标的多因素多指标评价体系,确定了各评价指标的权重,并采用模糊层次分析法对我国四个典型铁矿集区资源综合利用水平进行评价。研究结果表明:影响铁矿资源综合利用水平最重要的指标为采矿回采率,其次为共伴生矿综合利用率,再次为选矿回收率和综合利用产值率;我国四个典型铁矿集区的资源综合利用存在优势和不足,针对综合利用中存在的问题提出了合理建议。In order to make it possible to make evaluation on a quantitative basis of the level of comprehensive utilization of the iron ore resources in ore concentrated areas,a multi- factor and multi- index evaluation system has been developed in line with the current ore exploitation situation. The system involves 5 units and 13 indexes,including geological,mining,ore dressing,as well as intergrown and associated minerals utilization and economic related indicators. After the weight of each evaluation index is determined,the level of comprehensive utilization of iron ore resources in each of China's 4 typical iron ore concentrated areas is evaluated using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The results obtained indicate that the ore recovery rate is by far the most important factor affecting the level of comprehensive utilization of iron ore resources. Then comes the utilization rate of intergrown and associated minerals,followed by percentage of ore concentrate recovery and then by rate of output value in comprehensive utilization. It is found that the above mentioned 4 districts,vary in level of comprehensive utilization of iron ore resources and each district has its specific insufficiencies. To tackle with the problems encountered in each instance,rational proposals are proposed in the paper.
