摘  要:[目的]对9个甜糯双隐性基因型玉米自交系进行配合力测定和分析,为甜糯双隐性基因型玉米自交系的利用和强优势组合的选配提供一定的理论依据。[方法]以3个糯玉米自交系为测验种,9个甜糯双隐基因型玉米自交系为被测验种,按NCⅡ遗传交配设计配制27个测交组合,通过配合力测定,筛选优良甜糯双隐基因型玉米自交系,用于选育甜糯玉米杂交种。[结果]9个自交系的产量配合力差异显著,M104、M105、M98、M100和F114的一般配合力较高;组合A25(291.77)、A14(263.07)、A07(182.54)、A15(163.19)、A11(150.15)、A13(148.13)、A18(131.65)、A09(82.15)、A27(75.60)、A05(48.68)的配合力总效应较高,为较强优势组合。[结论]自交系M104、M105、M98、M100和F114具有较高的利用价值,用其作亲本较容易组配出高产组合。[ Objective ] To detect and analyze the combining abilities of nine sweet-waxy recessive maize inbred lines, and to provide certain theoretical basis for the utilization of maize inbred lines with sweet-waxy recessive genes and the apolegamy of strong superiority crosses. [ Method] With three waxy maize inbred lines as the detecting species and nine sweet-waxy recessive inbred lines as the detected species, 27 combinations were prepared according to NC ]] genetic mating design. Through combining ability detection, sweet-waxy recessive maize inbred lines were screened for the breeding of sweet-waxy maize inbred lines. [ Resuh] The yield combination ability of nine hybrid lines had signifi- cant differences. M104, M105, M98, M100 and Fl14 had general combining ability; combinations A25(291.77), A14(263. 067), A07 (182.54), A15(163.19), Al1(150.15), A13(148.13), A18(131.65), A09(82.15), 3.27(75.60) and A05(48.68) had relatively high total combining abilities, which belonged strong advantage combinations. [ Conclusion ] Inbred lines M104, M105, M98, M100 and F114 have relatively high use values, and they can be used to prepare high-yield combination.
