摘 要:[目的]研究不同番茄品系吸收和积累Cd能力的差异。[方法]采用水培和盆栽试验,研究不同Cd浓度胁迫下2种番茄品系不同组织器官(根、茎、叶)和果实Cd吸收量来筛选Cd低积累番茄品种。[结果]番茄是Cd敏感型的植物,外界Cd浓度的变化可引起体内Cd含量的变化,且呈正相关。不同Cd浓度胁迫条件下番茄各器官的Cd含量从大到小顺序为根、茎、叶、果实。[结论]低积累品种FB6中的Cd含量和变化幅度都低于高积累品种ZF6,可进一步用于番茄的无害化栽培。[ Objective ] The aim was to study differences of Cd absorption and accumulation ability of different tomato lines. [ Method ] Hydroponic culture and pot experiment was conducted and cadmium absorption under different Cd stress in different organs ( roots, stems, leaves and fruit) of two tomato genotypes were studied for screening low Cd accumulation tomato variety. [ Result~ The results showed that the tomato was a Cd-scnsitive plant; changes in thc external concentration of Cd can cause changes in the body Cd content. Cd concentrations in different organs of tomato under different Cd stress was in the order of root 〉 stem 〉 leaf 〉 fruit. [ Conclusion] Cd content and its change range in low accumulation variety FB6 is lower than the high accumulation variety ZF6, so it can be further used to grow harmless tomatoes.
