摘  要:为了研究油酸甲酯温度对发动机性能的影响,在1台两缸直喷式柴油机上设计了加热与恒温装置,对不同燃油温度条件下油酸甲酯的动力性、经济性、燃烧特性和排放特性进行了测试与对比研究。研究发现:随着温度的增加,油酸甲酯发动机动力性下降,经济性变化不明显;油酸甲酯燃烧压力曲线及燃烧放热率曲线后移,且高负荷时曲线后移明显;峰值燃烧压力和峰值瞬时燃烧放热率降低,且高负荷时降低的幅度增加;后燃期内放热率增加;在1 500 r/min下,与10℃油温相比,25,40,55℃下油酸甲酯的NOx排放分别平均降低17.5%,19.6%,20.3%,碳烟排放分别平均增加84.9%,96.6%,165.5%。结果表明:进油温度对油酸甲酯的性能有重要影响,可以作为基础参数来控制油酸甲酯的燃烧与排放。To study the influence of methyl oleate temperature on engine performance, a heating and temperature maintaining equipment is designed on a two-cylinder direct injection diesel engine to test and compare the power, economy, combustion and emission performances of methyl oleate at different temperatures. It is found that( 1) with the increase of fuel temperature,the power performance weakens,the economy performance varies unclearly;( 2) the combustion pressure and the heat release rate curve of methyl oleate combustion leave far away from the top dead center,at high loads the curves delay obviously;( 3) the peak combustion pressure and the peak instantaneous heat release rate decrease,at high loads the reduction increases;( 4) the heat release rate at after-combustion period increases;( 5) at 1 500 r / min,compared with the status at 10 ℃,NOxemissions of methyl oleate at 25,40,55 ℃ averagely decrease 17. 5%,19. 6% and 20. 3% respectively,but smoke emissions averagely increase 84. 9%,96. 6% and 165. 5%.The result indicates that fuel inlet temperature has important influence on performance of methyl oleate,it can be selected as a basic parameter to control the combustion and emission of methyl oleate.
