摘　　要：政府治理协同化是社会转型对政府治理的内在要求。当前,大都市社会正在从传统的外延型增长模式向内涵型发展模式转型。适应并推进大都市社会转型离不开政府治理的协同化。然而,在实践中,当前大都市政府治理协同化还受到一些障碍因素的制约,具体表现为政府系统的内部协同不足、外部协同不足和内外结构性协同不足等方面。应当从理念塑造、组织再造、利益平衡和制度建设等方面系统性地采取有效措施,积极推进政府治理的协同化,从而有效适应并推动大都市社会转型。Governance collaboration is an inherent requirement raised by social transformation.At present,contemporary Chinese metropolises are experiencing a development transformation from the traditional mode of extension growth to the new mode of content-type development.The realization of the new metropolitan development model needs the collaboration of governance.However,in practice,the collaboration of metropolitan governance is still restricted by some obstacles,which is embodied as the insufficient coordination inside the government,the insufficient coordination outside the government as well as the insufficient structural coordination between inside and outside government.To actively promote the collaboration of metropolitan governance,effectively fit and drive metropolitan social transformation,it is necessary to systematically take effective measures from such aspects of concept creation,reorganization,interest balance and institution-building.
