摘  要:针对当前精整地环节农机具短缺及适应性差等问题,研制开发了一款集旋耕碎土、开沟起垄、平整压实等功能于一体的精整地联合作业机,并通过试验考核了该机的作业质量和生产性能。试验结果表明,该机可调控装置增强了其适应性能,作业质量稳定可靠,垄形稳定系数均大于0.9,垄面平整度为1.19 cm,整地后0~10 cm,10~20 cm土层的土壤坚实度分别为40.45 N、132.20 N;垄面至耕作底层深度及其稳定系数分别为19.31 cm、0.917;垄体直线度合格率为93.3%;大棚内的作业效率约为0.078 hm^2/h,理论作业效率可达到0.171 hm^2/h。In view of the current shortage of bed-former and its poor adaptability,a new machine was developed which could break soil by rotary tillage,ridge while opening ditch,and level and compact soil,then its quality and production performance were assessed. Results showed that the control devices enhanced its adaptability,and the operation was stable and reliable. The stable ridge shape coefficients was above 0.9,and the ridge surface roughness was 1.19 cm. The machine worked the soil with a right pressure,compacting it uniformly while the soil firmness of 0-10 cm,10-20 cm layer was 40.45 N,132.20 N respectively. The tillage depth was about 19.31 cm and its stability coefficient was 0.917; the ridge straightness was 93.3%; the efficiency of working in greenhouse was about 0.078 hm2/h,and the potential efficiency can reach about 0.171 hm2/h.
