摘  要:为考察城市再生水对火电厂锅炉补给水预处理系统的影响,以新疆乌鲁木齐某热电厂为研究对象,重点分析了城市再生水作为锅炉补给水系统的水源时,预处理系统的运行压力和压差、污堵物成份、反渗透膜的脱盐率和回收率。结果表明,城市再生水部分指标超过设计值,且属于易结垢水质;作为锅炉补给水水源时,造成预处理系统污堵、运行周期降低,影响了系统的稳定运行。In order to understand the effect of municipal reclaimed water on pretreatment system of plant makeup water, a certain power plant in Xinjiang was investigated. Firstly, we evaluated the quality of tap water and municipal reclaimed water. Then, operating pressures, pressure difference, composition of fouling, desalinization ratio and recovery ratio of reverse osmosis were investigated to find out the influence of municipal reclaimed water on pretreatment system. The results showed that several technical indices of municipal reclaimed water exceed the design values. Using municipal reclaimed water in plant makeup water equipment forms scale easily and running period was shortened. Municipal reclaimed water had impact on stable operation of pretreatment system.
