摘 要:以某氧化铁红厂的含氨氮废水经吹脱处理后的水为研究对象,对天然沸石处理氨氮(NH_3-N)废水的可行性以及再生过程进行中试研究。结果表明,在实验工况条件下,每吨沸石可以吸附氨氮4 kg以上,处理的水量可以达到16 t以上,废水中的氨氮质量浓度可以从300 mg/L左右下降到100 mg/L以下。再生过程采用浓度为5%的氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液和5%的氯化钠(NaCl)及NaOH的混合液作为再生剂,两者再生能力相当。经验证再生剂浸泡和蒸汽加热的组合方式对沸石具有良好的再生效果,且再生剂用量仅为0.75床层体积(BV)。沸石经过再生以后吸附性能能够保持稳定,经过15次重复实验,沸石的吸附容量可以保持在4 mg/g左右。中试研究表明,利用天然沸石吸附工艺处理氨氮废水具有工程可行性。Taking the ammonia nitrogen 0NH3-N) wastewater treated by air stripping process from a iron oxide red plant in Jiangmen as the research object, the feasibility and the regeneration process of the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater by natural zeolite were investigated in a pilot-scale test. The results showed that under the experimental operating condition one ton natural zeolite could adsorb 4 kg ammonia nitrogen and 16 ton wastewater could be treated, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater could be reduced from around 300 mg/L to less than 100 mg/L. In the regeneration process, 5% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution and mixed solution of 5% sodium hydroxide (NaCI) and sodium chloride were used as regenerant. The regeneration capacities of those two solutions varied not much. The combined process ofregenerant socking and steam heating was proved to be effective for the regeneration of zeolite and the required dosage of regenerant was just 0.75 bed volume. The adsorptive property of zeolite could maintain stability after regeneration and the adsorption capacity during 15 times repeated trials could keep around 4 mg/g. The results showed it was feasible and practical to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater by natural zeolite adsorption.
