摘 要:本文针对传统铅酸电池极板铅密度大、利用率低、极板容易腐蚀坍塌等常见问题,介绍几种比较有开发价值的制备铅酸蓄电池极板的方法,着重总结各个制备方法的流程工艺,从提高电池的重量比能量,循环寿命和充放电能力等方面,讨论了各种方法制备的电池的性能,对它们的制备方法的发展进行概述及展望,并提出了一种铝材料的拉网式基板结构。Based on the traditional lead-acid battery common problems such as plate lead big density, low utilization rate, corrosion plate easy to collapse, this paper introduces several kinds of ways of lead-acid battery plate compared of other development methods,summarizes various preparation methods on the process technology, from raising the weight ratio energy of the battery, cycle life and charge and discharge capacity, etc., and discusses the various preparation methods of the performance of the battery, and the development of their preparation methods are summarized and prospected. And it puts forward plate structure produced by a kind of aluminum material.
