摘 要:本文针对长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在含粘性土圆砾层地质条件下施工遇到的粘性土粘结在钻杆内的实际困难,通过采取"接力成孔、单机成桩"二次成桩工艺、钻机钻进过程中泵送配制的"削阻液"、在钻机尾部装备挂式无动力自动升降铲土装置等技术措施,成功的实现了在埋置较深的含粘性土圆砾层中采用长螺旋钻机钻孔成桩,大幅度提高了钻孔施工速度,规避了采用同效果桩机械施工给周边区域带来的环境、噪声等污染,并较大程度上降低了施工成本。Aimed at the practical difficulty of cohesive soil pastes on the driller of the cinstruction of long-spiral drilled press-grouting pile in the geological condition of cohesive gravel soil, this paper uses second pile-forming of "hole by relay and stake by single machine",the "reduction and block fluid" confected in the drilling procedure of driller, motorless automatic rising-lowering scrape device in the driller empennage to successfully implement pile-forming by long-spiral driller in deep cohesive gravel soil, greatly improve the construction speed of drilling, avoid the environmental and noise pollution for perimeter zone caused by the mechanical execution and largely reduce the construction cost.
