摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化以及中学教育和大学教育的区别,大学生"学习困难"群体学生数量逐年增多,此群体是影响高校安全稳定工作和育人效果的重要因素。本文研究了高校学习困难群体学生现状,通过分析其形成原因,注重发挥高校优秀教师良好的教育导向作用,提出帮助他们走出困境的几条途径。With the popularization of higher education in our country and the difference between secondary education and university education, college students ＂learning difficulties＂ groups in the number of students is increasing year by year, this group is the important factor influencing the safe and stable work and educational effect. This paper studies the current situation of college students with learning difficulties, through the analysis of the reasons for their formation, and pays attention to the excellent teacher education in college education,and puts forward several ways to help them out of the plight.
