摘　　要：细胞培养是病毒学实验研究必不可少的重要工具和手段。本文以猪乙型脑炎病毒在猪肾上皮细胞(PK-15细胞)增殖培养为例,介绍一下病毒的细胞培养方法,和一些注意事项。cell culture is an indispensable means for the study of the virus experiment. Take the proliferation cuhure of porcine Japanese encephalitis virus in porcine kidney epithelial cells （PK-15 cells） as an example, the virus cell cuhure method, and some matters needing attention was introduced in this paper.
