摘 要:近年来,多电平变换器在高压大功率领域得到广泛应用,然而其中较多的开关器件增大了系统故障概率,降低了系统可靠性。因此在变换器运行过程中,及时诊断开路或短路故障并采取相应的容错控制对于多电平变换器非常重要。针对有源中点箝位(ANPC)三电平变换器提出一种有效的器件开路故障诊断方法。该方法只需检测输出的相电压、相电流和开关状态,进而根据三者之间的关系诊断出故障,并发出故障信号;对故障信号进行多次检测后,执行容错控制算法。该方法具有反应时间短、诊断精确度高、容错效果好、实施成本低等优势。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。In recent years, multilevel converters become more and more popular in high-voltage and high-power applications.However,the large number of switching devices in multilevel converters may cause the increasing of failure probability, and then decrease the reliability of the system.Thus ,it is very important to detect open-circuit or shortcircuit switch faults immediately for the fault-tolerant during the operation.This paper proposes an effective diagnosis method and applied it to active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC ) three-level converter topology which is based on collecting information of phase voltages, phase currents and switching states.According to the information,fault switching devices can be confirmed and sent the fault signals.Then the relative fault-torrent will be carried out.The method brings advantages as shorter reaction time, higher precision, better fault-torrent and lower cost.At last, simulation and experiment results verified the correctness and effectiveness.
