摘 要:永富直流输电工程富宁换流站作为弱受端,存在直流系统运行不稳定的隐患,为增加系统运行稳定性,首次在直流输电工程中接入百兆乏静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)以提高交流系统的电压稳定性。针对该工程的现实需求,介绍了STATCOM控制策略和应用设计方案,通过对STATCOM控制策略的科学设计和有效调节控制,实现对富宁换流站500 kV交流出线的稳态以及暂态电压稳定控制。动模系统测试结果表明,STATCOM可极大地提高弱系统的电压稳定性,对保障永富直流输电工程的安全可靠运行提供坚实保障。Yong Fu HVDC project converter station has the stable operation risks as a weak side.In order to increase the stability of the system, STATCOM is the first time joined up the DC transmission project to improve the voltage stability of AC system.According to the real need of the engineering project, the control strategy of the STATCOM and the design scheme of application is introduced, by the STATCOM control strategy of scientific design and effective regulation and control, steady-state and transient voltage stability 500 kV AC outlet of Funing converter station is realized. The testing results of the dynamic simulation system show that the STATCOM can greatly improve the voltage stability of the weak system, and provide a solid guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the HVDC project.
