摘  要:为了造价从业人员能接受工程算量工作模式的转变,并在实际工作中运用三维算量软件更准确高效地确定工程造价,以三维算量软件计算规则的开放性、图形分析的程序性、构件形式的局限性和报表分析的高效性,这三个特性为基础,结合造价从业人员传统的工作习惯进行了三维算量软件应用技巧的分析,并就软件的改进提出了建议。分析结果表明,造价从业人员需掌握一定的计算机制图技术,在充分掌握工程计量计价基本原理和三维算量软件应用技巧的基础上,灵活应用三维算量软件提高工作效率和质量。同时,对量难的问题将因信息化思维下新工作模式的转变而被解决,而为了适应市场需求,软件开发商可建立模型数据库平台,以提高建模的速度。For engineering cost workers' acceptance of the work pattern changes of engineering cost calculation,and make workers can use tridimensional quantity calculation software to calculate the project cost more accurately and efficiently in practice. The paper analyzed the application skills of the software,based on three features of the software,which are the openness to computation rule,the procedural graphical analysis,the limitations to component form and efficient statement analysis,in combination with traditional work habits of engineering cost workers. Also the suggestions for the improvement of the software were proposed. The conclusion is that engineering cost workers should master computer cartography technology and use the software to improve work efficiency and quality flexibly based on the rationale for engineering quantity calculation and the knowledge of skills in software application. What's more,the checking problem will be solved due to the new work pattern under the thinking mode of informatization,but in order to adapt to the market demand,software developers can set up a model database platform to improve the speed of modeling.
