摘  要:基于EM-plant物流仿真平台,根据钢铁企业初步设计相关数据,并结合各工位的工作制度,建立了从高炉炼铁车间到转炉炼钢车间的铁水物流仿真模型。通过该模型可对某一段周期内的铁水运输单元、生产单元和移动单元进行动态模拟,得以实现对铁水运输线各相关参数的仿真计算,为铁水物流线整体布局的设计提供理论依据,达到能源和资源的最优配置。The logistic simulation model for hot metal from the iron-making shop to steelmaking shop was established based on EM-plant logistics simulation platform,according to preliminary design data and work system of iron and steel enterprise. The hot metal transport unit,production unit and mobile unit in a certain period of cycle were simulated dynamically by the model,and the simulation calculation of the relevant parameters of hot metal transport was also achieved,which could provide theory basis for the design of the overall layout of hot metal logistics line and achieve the optimal configuration of energy and resources.
