摘　　要：基于长期实践经验和对当前市场、现场的深入调研,分析说明了我国建筑钢筋升级换代必将同步催生工厂化、专业化加工配送产业广泛兴起的原因。从产业属性、业务范围、经营特点、市场前景及专业化加工企业成套设备构成、加工钢筋种类和加工产品竞争力等方面,对建筑钢筋工厂化、专业化加工配送这一新兴产业特点予以了较为全面的揭示。针对冷轧带肋钢筋系加工业务中唯一在性能、尺寸和形态上均发生改变的产品特点,归纳总结了冷轧带肋钢筋生产技术中有关产品与原料对应关系,设备选型与轧制生产工艺以及全品种、全规格产品轧制压下规程等方面要点内容。Based on long-term practice experience and in-depth research on the current market and scene,the reasons why China construction reinforced bar upgrading would sync catalyst the extensive rise of industrialized-specialized processing and distribution industry were analyzed. The characteristics of this emerging industry of industrialized-specialized processing and distribution for construction reinforced bar were revealed comprehensively from the industrial property,business scope,operation feature,market prospects and specialized processing equipment,bar types,and processing product competitiveness,etc..For the features that cold rolled ribbed bar is the only product that has changes in performance,size and morphology,the cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production technologies were summarized, such as the corresponding relationship between product and raw material,equipment selection and rolling technology,the rolling rules of wide varieties and full specification.
