我院2010-2014年平肝息风类中药饮片应用分析

摘　　要：目的：为平肝息风类中药饮片临床合理使用以及采购提供参考。方法：采用Excel软件对南京中医药大学附属医院2010-2014年平肝息风类中药饮片的类别、用量、销售金额及年均增长率等进行统计分析。结果：该院2010-2014年平肝息风类中药饮片用量由74 554 kg增长至108 177 kg,年均增长率为9.79%;销售金额由1 335.25万元增长至2 306.48万元,年均增长率为15.04%;用量构成比稳定在3.90%-4.19%之间。两亚类药物中平抑肝阳药用量（构成比为64.07%-64.97%）远远高于息风止痉药（构成比为35.03%-35.93%）。年用量较大的平肝息风类中药饮片依次为煅牡蛎、钩藤。年销售金额排序前20位的中药饮片药味相同,但在不同年份排序稍有变动,排名靠前的有全蝎、天麻、龟板等。结论：该院平肝息风类中药的用量及销售金额虽然逐年增加,但占中药饮片总用量的比例及用药结构基本稳定。采购人员应有预见性地做好采购供应工作,降低采购成本,敏感品种应适当多做储备,以防因缺货而影响临床用药。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use and purchase of TCM decoction pieces for suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind（SYLCEW）. METHODS：The use of TCM decoction pieces for SYLCEW in our hospital during 2010-2014 was analyzed statistically by Excel software in respects of drug types,consumption quantity,consumption sum and annual average growth rate. RESULTS：The consumption quantity of TCM decoction pieces for SYLCEW in our hospital during 2010-2014 increased from 74 554 kg to 108 177 kg,with annual growth rate of 9.79%;the consumption sum increased from1 335.25 ten thousand yuan to 2 306.48 ten thousand yuan,with annual growth rate of 15.04%;the ratio of consumption quantity ranged from 3.90%-4.19%. Among two subunit categories,the consumption quantity（the ratio from 64.07%-64.97%）of drugs for suppressing the liver-yang was much higher than that of drugs for calming endogenous wind and relieving convulsion（the ratio from 35.03%-35.93%）. TCM decoction pieces for SYLCEW with the greatest annual consumption quantity were calcined Ostrea gigas and Uncaria rhynchophylla. Top 20 TCM decoction pieces in the list of annual consumption sum were similar in flavour,but had changed slightly in different years,and Buthus martensii,Gastrodia elata,Carapax testudinis and so on ranked the front place. CONCLUSIONS：Both the consumption quantity and the consumption sum of TCM for SYLCEW in our hospital have been increasing significantly year by year. However,the proportion of them in total consumption quantity of TCM decoction pieces and drug utilization structure have kept stable. The drug purchase staff should do a good work of drug parchase and supply in advance to rednce cost and stare enough changeable types in order to avoid drug shortage.
