摘  要:利用万能试验机对高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)进行了单轴拉伸试验,并选取了有效数据进行分析,得到了PE-HD的应力-应变曲线,并利用Sherwood-Frost本构模型研究了PE-HD单轴拉伸的力学行为。结果表明,PEHD的力学性能表现为明显的应变率相关性,屈服应力随着应变率的增大而提高,且屈服应力表现为应变率对数的线性关系;Sherwood-Frost本构模型能较好地描述PE-HD的力学特性。In order to study the constitutive behaviour of high density polyethylene, uniaxial tension experiments were performed to obtain stress-strain curves. The experimental results indicated that the mechanical properties of PE-HD was strain rate-dependent, the yield strength increased obviously with increasing strain rate, and the relationship between yield strength and logarithm of strain rate was linear. Considering tile strain-rate-dependent mechanical properties of PE-HD, the Sherwood-Frost constitutive model was used to study the mechanical behaviour of high density polyethylene. Comparison of the model-predicted curves with the experimental ones showed that the Sherwood-Frost model could well predict the mechanical properties of PE-HD.
