三组分发泡剂对聚苯乙烯挤出发泡板材性能的影响

摘  要:采用酒精和二氧化碳(CO_2)组成的双组分发泡剂制备了挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)泡沫板材,研究了发泡温度对XPS泡沫板材性能的影响,确定合适的发泡温度;之后再引入第三组分发泡剂1,1,1,3-四氟丙烯(HFO),考查了其用量对XPS泡沫板材性能的影响。结果表明,当发泡温度为120℃时,泡沫的综合性能最优;HFO的加入在XPS泡沫板材制备中不会诱发明显的成核,而会促进泡孔的增长;加入HFO可以显著降低XPS的导热系数。Extruded polystyrene foaming boards (XPS) were prepared with ethanol and carbon dioxide as blowing agents. Effect of temperature on properties of XPS was studied to find a suitable temperature. Then 1,1,1,3-tetrafluoropropene(HFO) was introduced to the system as the third foaming agent and the content of it on the properties of XPS was studied. It showed that when the temperature was 120 ℃,the comprehensive performance of the foam was the best. The addition of HFO did not induce obvious nucleation in the preparation of XPS foams, but promote the growth of the bubble, and the thermal conductivity of XPS foams could be significantly reduced.
