摘 要:为了研究桉树人工林是否会对海洋初级生产者产生影响,实验选取了桉树及4种滨海植物(木麻黄、台湾相思、秋茄和白骨壤),对比5种植物叶片水浸提液对纤细角毛藻生长的影响。结果显示,桉树对纤细角毛藻生长的影响最大,低浓度的叶片水浸提液(5 m L/L)表现出很强的抑藻作用;木麻黄、台湾相思和秋茄对纤细角毛藻生长的影响次之,低浓度的叶片水浸提液(5 m L/L)表现出较弱的抑藻作用,15 m L/L时,对藻的抑制作用较强;白骨壤对纤细角毛藻生长的影响最弱,25 m L/L时,表现出对藻有较弱的抑制作用。实验结果表明,桉树比其他常见的滨海植物对海洋微藻具有更强的化感作用,在沿海地区大面积种植桉树人工林会对海洋初级生产者产生潜在的影响。With the increase of acreage of eucalyptus planting, Large - scale cultivation of eucalyptus have been seen along the coastal zone in Southern China in recent years. In the present study, the impact of eucalyptus on marine primary produc- er( Chaetoceros gracilis ) is investigated, by comparing with 4 species( Casuarina eguisetifolia , Confusa Merr , Kandelia can- de/ and Avicennia marina ) of common plant in south coastal zone. The results show that eucalyptus has a maximum impact on the growth of Chaetoceros gracilis and low concentration(5 ml/L)of the aqueous extract of eucalyptus leaves appears sig- nificant inhibiting effect on microalgae. High concentrations (15 ml/L)of the aqueous extract of Casuarina eguisetifolia, Confusa Merr and Kandelia candel leaves have stronger inhibiting effect on microalgae than that of low concentration(5 ml/L). Avicennia marina has a minimum impact on the growth of Chaetoceros gracilis and high concentration(25 ml/L)of the aqueous extract of Avicennia marina leaves also has little inhibiting effect on microalgae. These results indicate that the eucalyptus has stronger allelopathic effect on marine microalgae and thus large - scale cultivation of eucalyptus along the coastal zone will have profound impact on marine primary producers.
