摘　　要：针对长河坝分瓣转轮结构特点和制造要求,介绍了其工地制造技术,主要包括制造工位的布置、分瓣转轮工地焊接工艺、加工工艺及设备,为今后大型机组分瓣转轮的工地制造提供借鉴。According to the structure characteristics and requirements of split runner manufacturing at site, this paper introduces the site manufacturing technology, which mainly includes layout of manufacturing station, welding process,manufacturing process and equipment. Useful experience is provided for the future site manufacturing of large split runner.
