摘  要:为全面了解当归的药理药效、开发新型药物,通过文献分析,对国内当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels的化学成分、有效成分的提取、分离与鉴定研究进行综述,结果表明,当归化学成分类别已基本阐明,有效成分提取、分离与鉴定技术在延续传统的基础上不断改进,但也存在对当归多糖的组分研究不系统、化学成分的动态变化、代谢途径的阐明与调控研究不深入等问题。To fully understand the pharmacological effects of Angelica and develop new drugs, the authors summarized theresearches on chemical composition of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels, and the extraction, separation and identification of effective ingredients by using literature analysis. The results indicated that the chemical constituents category of Angelica has been basically clarified, the technology in extraction, separation and identification of effective components has made continuous improvement on the basis of continuation of tradition. However, there still exsit some problems, such as the studies for polysaccharide components of Angelica sinensis are not totally systematic, and the studies for dynamic change of chemical components and clarification and regulation of metabolic pathways lack depth.
