软组织张力测试在推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :应用软组织张力测试系统,观察推拿手法和半导体激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病对局部软组织张力的影响。方法:符合诊断标准和纳入标准的60例患者随机分入推拿手法治疗组(A组)和半导体激光治疗组(B组),每组30例;两组治疗前、治疗1次后和治疗6次后分别进行健侧、患侧软组织张力测试;正常组(C组)300例,测量双侧软组织张力1次。结果:治疗总有效率A组93.3%,B组70.0%,两组间疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后A、B两组双侧软组织张力均趋向正常的C组(P<0.05)。结论:颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效可能与颞下颌关节局部软组织张力改善有关;软组织张力位移值可以作为观察该病疗效的客观指标。Objective：To observe the effect of manipulation and semiconductor laser on tension of soft tissue of temporomandibular disorder patients by soft tissue tension test system. Methods：A total of 60 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusive standards were randomly divided into manipulation group（Group A） and semiconductor laser group（Group B）,with 30 cases in each group. The tension of soft tissue of the unaffected and affected side of the two groups were measured respectively before treatment,1 time after treatment and 6 times after treatment. The tension of soft tissue of both sides of 300 cases in the normal group（Group C） were measured for 1 time. Result：The total effective rate was 93.3% in Group A and 70.0% in Group B. The difference of the curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The tension of soft tissue of both sides in both Group A and Group B all get closer to Group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect on temporomandibular disorder may have relationship with the tension of soft tissue around temporomandibular joints. The tension of soft tissue displacement can be an objective indicator for evaluating the curative effect on temporomandibular disorder.
