夏天中西医结合治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症经验

摘　　要：目的 :总结导师夏天副研究员治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症临床经验。方法 :通过随师学习,整理相关医案、医论,进行经验总结。结果:夏天老师认为临床本病以肝肾阴虚多见,治以滋养肝肾之阴,主要采用中西医结合、中医为主、调畅情志、改善生活方式的治疗干预方法。结论:夏天老师治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致的不孕症疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of tutor XIA Tian in treating infertility caused by diminished ovarian reserve. Methods：The experience of tutor XIA Tian was summarized by learning with her and summing up medical cases and theories of her clinical treatment. Results：Tutor XIA Tian regarded the disease was mainly caused by the deficiency of kidney yin and liver yin,which should be treated by nourishing kidney yin and liver yin. She usually treated the disease by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in which traditional Chinese medicine was the primary method. She also attached importance on regulating emotion and improving lifestyle. Conclusion：Tutor XIA Tian achieved remarkable therapeutic effect in treatment of infertility caused by diminished ovarian reserve.
