观察美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合加味芍药汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜修复作用

摘　　要：目的:观察美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合加味芍药汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠黏膜的修复作用。方法:将活动期UC患者70例随机分为2组各35例。观察组予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合加味芍药汤治疗,对照组予以单纯美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,2组疗程均为8周。记录2组治疗前和治疗8周后血清D-乳酸和PCT指标的变化,评估并比较肠镜下肠黏膜评分变化情况。结果:2组治疗前血清D-乳酸、PCT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,2组血清D-乳酸、PCT指标较前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组下降值较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗前肠镜下肠黏膜评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,2组肠镜下肠黏膜评分较前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组下降值较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合加味芍药汤治疗UC患者可更明显改善肠镜下肠黏膜病变,保护肠黏膜屏障功能和促进肠黏膜的修复。Objective：To observe the recovery effect of Mesalazin enteric- coated tablets combined with modified Shaoyao tang on intestinal mucosa of patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods：Seventy patients with UC in active stage were divided into both groups randomly, 35 cases in each groups. In the observation group, the treatment of Mesalazin enteric- coated tablets combined with modified Shaoyao tang was given,meanwhile,Mesalazin enteric- coated tablets were given simply in the control group. The treatment courses in both groups were all 8 weeks. Recorded the changes of serum D- lactate and Procalcitonin（PCT） in both groups before treatment and after 8- week treatment; evaluated and compared changes of intestinal mucosa scores under the enteroscope. Results： The difference of the serum D- lactate and PCT between the two groups before treatment were not significant（P 〉 0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum D- lactate and PCT in both groups were dropped obviously（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. The decline degrees in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The difference of the scores of intestinal mucosa under the enteroscope before treatment between the two groups was not significant（P 〉 0.05）. After 8weeks of treatment,the scores of intestinal mucosa under the enteroscope in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01）,and decline degrees in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Mesalazin enteric- coated tablets combined with modified Shaoyao tang can improve intestinal mucosa lesion under the enteroscope,and protect the barrier function of intestinal mucosa and promote the recovery of intestinal mucosa.
