膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗间质性膀胱炎21例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗间质性膀胱炎的机制及其疗效。方法对23例确诊为间质性膀胱炎的患者行膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗。结果2例患者因无法耐受高压氧治疗退出，余下21例均完成治疗；与治疗前相比，患者治疗后3及6个月的间质性膀胱炎症状评分（ICSI）（6．78±2．15．8．34±1．87）分、最大排尿量（186．25±18．24；164．65±19．14）ml、疼痛评分（VAS）（3．15±1．12，4．28±1．21）分、24h排尿次数（13．98±3．65，16．76±4．15）次及生活质量（QOL）评分（42．27±6．36，36．87±5．72）分，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗后3个月效果更显著。结论膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗间质性膀胱炎是安全、有效的方法，但其远期疗效尚待进一步观察。Objective To investigate the mechanism of bladder hydrodistension and combined with hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in the treatment of interstitial cystitis （IC） and evaluate its therapeutic efficacy. Methods Twenty-three confirmed IC patients were treated with bladder hydrodistension plus HBO therapy. Results Two IC patients abandoned the therapy, due to intoleranee to HBO pressure, the remaining 21 patients all completed the prescheduled therapy. As compared with those before therapy, statistical significance could be noticed in the scores of interstitial cystitis symptom index （ICSI） , maximum urine volume, visual analogue scale （ VAS ） , 24-hour urination and quality of life （ QOL ） , following 3 and 6 months of treatment respectively. Interestingly, the therapeutic efficacy after 3 months of treatment was more prominent（P 〈 0.05） Conclusions Bladder hydrodistention combined with HBO therapy was a safe and effective treatment method for IC. However, its long term effect remained to be seen.
