摩擦对TPEE弹性垫板及节点刚度测试结果的影响

摘　　要：通过对实心TPEE弹性垫板进行垫板静刚度及节点静刚度测试,研究了垫板与工装之间的摩擦对测试结果的影响。利用有限元仿真技术,分析了摩擦对刚度测试结果的影响。结果表明,TPEE弹性垫板与工装之间的摩擦对垫板静刚度及节点静刚度测试结果有明显影响。Influence of friction between elastic pad and tooling on the stiffness test results was researched by testing static stiffness of solid TPEE elastic pad and fastening assemble,and the test results was analysed by using finite element modeling methods.The results showed that the influences of friction between elastic pad and tooling on test results of static stiffness of solid TPEE elastic pad and fastening assemble were apparent.
