活性染料无醛固色剂G-1的应用研究

摘　　要：对活性染料固色剂G-1应用在棉针织布上的应用工艺进行了研究,确定了G-1的最佳使用条件.结果表明:固色剂G-1最佳用量为3%,固色最佳温度40℃,固色最佳时间20min,工作液最佳pH值为6,水质硬度要求低于200ppm.将其用于活性翠兰色针织布、活性大红色针织布、直接翠兰针织布固色时,获得了优异的固色性能,耐汗渍牢度得到明显提升,并且固色剂G-1耐电解质性能良好,不含游离甲醛或结合甲醛.The application process of reactive dyes＇ fixing agent G-1of the cotton knitted fabric is studied.The optimum operation conditions of G-1are confirmed.The experimental results show that：the optimum dosage of fixing agent G-1is 3%,the optimum temperature is 40℃,the optimum time is20 min,the optimum pH of working liquid is 6,the water hardness is less than 200 ppm.When the fixing agent G-1is used to reactive blue knitted fabric,active red knitted fabric and direct blue knitting fabric,the outstanding dye fixation is obtained,the colorfastness to perspiration is significantly increased,the fixing agent G-1possesses better electrolyte resistance,and the fixing agent G-1doesn＇t contain free formaldehyde and combined with formaldehyde.
