摘　　要：目的探讨体表心电图对于急性心肌梗塞PCI术后的诊断应用价值。方法对27例确诊为急性心肌梗塞患者PCI术后行追踪体表心电图及超声心动图的检测。结果 ST段早期回落至及T波早期倒置组较ST段未回落组及T波未倒置组心功能恢复好。结论体表心电图不仅是诊断心肌梗塞,判断部位和范围、分期的重要依据,且心肌梗塞PCI术后,通过观察ST段和T波的动态演变对于临床分析、指导治疗和判断预后都有着重要指导意义。Objective To study the body surface electrocardiogram（ecg） for acute myocardial infarction（PCI postoperative diagnosis and application value. Methods 27 patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction in patients with PCI postoperative tracing the body surface electrocardiogram and echocardiographic examination.Results the early to early back to ST segment and T wave inversion group compared with ST segment not ease and T wave inversion group cardiac function recovered well. Conclusions the body surface electrocardiogram（ecg） is not only the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, position and size of judgment, the important basis of installment, and myocardial infarction PCI postoperative, by observing the ST segment and T wave for clinical analysis of the dynamic evolution, guiding treatment and judging prognosis have important guiding significance.
