摘　　要：通过对新疆南疆H、M、S、R、Y共5个县36所乡镇卫生院的医疗设备使用情况进行调查,并采用描述性统计方法对调查结果进行分析,结果显示医疗设备总体使用情况较好,但各乡镇卫生院之间设备使用率差别较大。医疗设备配置的数量和公平性、乡镇卫生院医务人员的医疗技术水平、设备的质量是影响使用效率的主要因素,有待采取措施挖掘提高医疗设备效率的潜力。The paper investigated the service condition of medical equipment in thirty-six township hospitals of five counties（H, M, S, R, Y） in southern Xinjiang. Descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the result of investigation. The result showed that the general service condition of medical equipment was good, yet there was major difference in the equipment utilization ratio among the township hospitals. Main factors that influenced the utilization ratio included： the quantity and equity of medical equipment allocation, the medical technology level of health care professionals in township hospitals, and the quality of equipment. Measures needed to be taken to improve the efficiency of the utilization of medical equipment.
