摘　　要：关于人权的来源,至少存在过四种论证范式:自然法范式、功利主义范式、尊严范式和关系范式。本文在简要分析各种论证范式的基础上,遵循值得尊重、需要尊重、获得尊重和一体尊重的次序,提出了人权证成的尊重范式。With regard to the right sources, there are at least four demonstration para- digms： natural law paradigm, utilitarian paradigm, dignity paradigm and relationship para- digm. The paper shall briefly analyze each of the four paradigms. On this basis, following the order that human rights are worthy of respect, in need of respect, achieving respect and in- tegrating respect, the paradigm of respect is proposed.
