摘  要:根据风力机叶片运行环境特点,开发出基于WiFi无线信号传输的叶片覆冰状态监测系统。在人工环境实验室中,模拟叶片洁净状态和覆冰状态,利用所开发系统对实验叶片的振动模态信号进行检测,从模态振动信号中提取叶片的状态信息,并将检测结果与有线监测系统的检测结果进行对比,验证了该监测系统的准确性和可靠性。Based on the operation environment characteristics of the wind turbine blade, WiFi wireless signal transmission based condition supervising system for iced-blade was developed.In the artificial laboratory environment, the blade clean and icing conditions of wind turbine blade were simulated, the developed system was used to detect blade vibration mode signal,from which the condition information of the blade was extracted.The reliability and accuracy of the wireless system were verified by comparing its experiment results to those obtained with wired supervising system.
