胶凝生物柴油的屈服特性研究

摘  要:利用应力控制流变仪对大豆油、地沟油和花生油生物柴油凝胶的屈服特性进行了研究。实验结果显示,当剪切应力逐渐增大时,生物柴油经历了线性粘弹性响应、蠕变及屈服过程。相同实验条件下,3种生物柴油中地沟油生物柴油的屈服应力最大,损耗角最小,固体特征最为明显。分析温度对胶凝生物柴油屈服特性的影响表明,随着测量温度的降低,生物柴油的屈服应力和线性粘弹性范围内的储能模量增大,胶凝结构增强。一定条件下,生物柴油胶凝体系的屈服应力与其线性粘弹性范围内的绝对复数模量呈乘幂关系。The yielding characteristics of soybean oil, waste oil and peanut oil biodiesel gels were studied by stress-controlled rheometer. The experimental data show that biodiesel undergo linear viscoelastic response, creep, and then yield process when the shear stress is increased by 0.01 Pa. At the same experimental condition, the yield stress of waste oil biodiesel is the largest and its solid characteristics are the most obvious among the three biodiesels The effects of temperature on the yield characteristics of biodiesels were analysised. The results display that with the decrease of temperature,the storage modulus in the linear viscoelastic region as well as the yield stress of biodiesels increase,and so the gel structure of biodiesel enhance. Under some conditions, the yield stress and complex modulus |G﹡| in the linear viscoelastic region exhibts power-law relation.
