摘  要:研究设计了一种以超级电容为能量存储单元的双向逆变电源来满足飞轮大力矩输出过程中瞬时大功率供电需求。在飞轮反向制动过程中,该电源还具有快速回收能量功能。实验结果表明该方案不仅可以使常规飞轮实现短时间大力矩输出功能,满足卫星快速机动要求,还可以有效抑制飞轮高速反向制动时泵升电压对星上电源母线输出端干扰。In the small satellite attitude control system, the large torque output characteristics of the flywheel motor can be used to realize the rapid and large angle attitude maneuver of the satellite. In the current limitation of flywheel supply and distribution power for satellite, bi-directional inverter power supply based on the super capacitor for the energy storage unit is designed to meet high torque output of flywheel in the process of instantaneous high power supply demand. During the reverse braking of the flywheel, this power supply has the function of fast recovery of energy. The experimental results show that the scheme can not only make the conventional flywheel to achieve the function of short time high torque output which satisfies satellite rapid mobility requirement, also can restricts the satellite power bus output interference of pumping voltage when flywheel speed has reverse braking.
