摘  要:结合山西金象煤化工公司18·30工程情况,分析了采用联醇装置生产合成氨的优势,对中压联醇和低压联醇工艺方案进行了比较,确定采用合成压力为5.0 MPa低压联醇工艺流程。实施改造后,合成氨各工序匹配更合理,操作弹性更大,产品调节更加灵活,且具有明显的节能效果。Based on 18·30 project of Shanxi Jinxiang Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the advantages of ammonia production with methanol co-production, compares schemes of medium pressure methanol co-production and low pressure methanol co-production, and determines to adopt the low pressure methanol co-production process with synthesis pressure of 5.0 MPa. After renovation, the match of each working procedure of the synthesis ammonia is more reasonable, the operational flexibility becomes bigger, the adjustement of the production is more flexible and obvious energy conservation has been obtained.
