摘　　要：分析了气化炉灰锁上阀服役寿命普遍较短的原因,提出重新选配密封材料、改进密封结构、提高装配精度、调整油缸力矩等改进措施,采取相应措施后,使该阀寿命提高到6~8个月;同时分析了气化炉煤锁下阀内摆杆在使用7 000 h左右时,频繁出现U型槽撕裂故障的原因,并通过改变材质、调整结构尺寸、提高制造质量、控制液压油压力等改进措施,使问题得到解决,为气化炉长周期稳定运行提供了保证。The reason of short life of the ash lock valve in the gasifier is analyzed. The service life has been extended to6-8 months by reselecting sealing material, improving the sealing structure, improving the assembly precision and readjusting the torque of cylinders. As the U slot of gasifiers is torn frequently, when the inner rocker of coal lock valve is used for about7000 h, measures have been taken such as changing the material, adjusting the structure size, improving the manufacture quality and controlling the hydraulic oil pressure. So problems of the coal lock valve are solved and the long-term stable operation of gasifiers is ensurded.
