摘 要:锌灰泵工作过程中,影响锌灰泵抽取锌渣工作性能的因素很多,包括氮气入口的质量流量,氮气管插入锌液液面下的深度,氮气管管径等。为得到锌灰泵工作的最优参数,以氮气入口的质量流量为0.005kg/s时作为工作参数,分别改变氮气管插入锌液液面下的深度及氮气管管径,采用Fluent软件对锌灰泵进行仿真。从仿真结果得出,随着氮气管插入深度的增加,锌灰泵的抽取锌渣能力增强;在不同氮气管管径下,随着氮气管管径的增加或减小,锌灰泵锌液入口流速减小,锌灰泵抽取锌渣的能力也在降低。In the working process of zincash pump,many parameters could impact the working performance of zincash pump about slagging,including the mass flow on the nitrogen inlet,the depth of the nitrogen pipe below the zinc liquid level,the diameter of the nitrogen pipe,etc. In order to get the optimal working parameters of zincash pump,using 0. 005 kg / s as the mass flow on the nitrogen inlet,Fluent was adopted to simulate zincash pump by alternating the depth of the nitrogen pipe below the zinc liquid level and the diameter of the nitrogen pipe. According to the simulation,when increasing the depth of the nitrogen pipe below the zinc liquid level,the capability of zincash pump on slagging could strengthen,however,using different diameters of nitrogen pipe,no matter the diameter of the nitrogen pipe was increasing or not,the velocity of zincash pump on the zinc liquid inlet decreased,and the capability of zincash pump on slagging could weaken.
