摘　　要：对国内某Accu Roll轧管机组的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出具体改造方案并付诸实施,实践证明,此改造行之有效,现存的产品问题得到解决,提高了产品质量,显著提升了轧制速度,对于类似机组的改造具有明显的示范和借鉴意义。Mainly analyzed the present status and existing problems of Accu-Roll pipe mill in a plant of China. a specific revamping solution was proposed,and put into practice. Result has proved that the revamping solution is effective,and the existing product issues have been resolved,product quality improved,the rolling speed improved significantly. Accordingly,the successful experience can be applied to similar unit revamping.
