摘  要:推拉式酸洗在冷轧硅钢生产中具有独特优势,由于其工艺的特殊性,带头、带尾处于无张力运行状态,板带镰刀弯极易导致带钢跑偏,从而影响后续设备正常工作,降低产品成材率。通过机组带钢跑偏原因分析,提出辊道纠偏与浮动式侧导卫装置相结合的方案,较好地解决了机组带钢跑偏问题,降低了设备故障,提高了机组生产效率。Push-pull cold rolled pickling line has special advantage in production of orientation silicon steel. As a result of special craft,the strip head and strip tail are in non-tension condition. The sickle-shaped strip most leads to strip running deviation,consequently affect the working of devices. The factors of the strip running deviation is studied out,a method that assemble the roll table correcting and floatable bar is presented,which figure out the problem of running deviation a certain extent and raise the product yield efficiency.
