摘　　要：近年来,随着天然气消费量的增长,我国需要进一步完善天然气定价机制。而我国天然气生产、供给和消费特点,决定了完善天然气定价机制的复杂性。本文探讨了完善天然气定价机制必须兼顾的几个方面,包括：考虑不同气源天然气成本的差异性、有利于促进非常规天然气发展、适度控制天然气下游产业链成本以及完善天然气消费价格结构。In Rccent years,with the growing of natural gas consumption,the natural gas pricing mechanism should be improved.Taking into account the production characteristics,the supply characteristics and the consumption characteristics,it is very difficult to improve the natural gas pricing mechanism.This paper discusses what should be taken into account with the improving of natural gas pricing mechanism,including the cost differences of different gas supplies,the promotion of unconventional natural gas,the controlling of downstream gas chain costs,and the structure improving of natural gas consumption prices.
