江苏省中医院门诊中药饮片处方分析

摘　　要：目的：了解门诊中药饮片处方单剂金额、味数、剂数三个方面的情况,为政府部门及医院制订相关政策提供一些数据支持。方法：调取江苏省中医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2014年6—9月门诊所有中药饮片处方,4个月处方数分别为90 574、103 930、101 435、103 459张,合计399 398张,对其处方单剂金额、味数以及剂数进行统计分析与讨论。结果：我院单剂金额在10~19元区间的处方数最多,为177 945张,占总处方数的44.55%;单剂金额均值为19.48元,味数12~14味区间的处方数最多,为98 365张,占总处方数的24.63%;剂数为14的的处方数最多,为158 267张,占总处方数的39.63%。结论：我院中药饮片处方的单剂金额、味数、剂数相对比较合理,处方饮片味数需从各专科层面进一步分析并加强管理。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in terms of single dosage cost,rasasankhya and number of dosage,so as to provide data support for the formulation of related policy by the government and hospital. METHODS： All of the outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） from Jun. to Sept. 2014 were extracted,respectively 90 574,103 930,101 435 and 103 459,totally 399 398 prescriptions. Statistically analysis and discussion was conducted in terms of single dosage cost,rasasankhya and number of dosage. RESULTS： Prescriptions of single dosage cost within 10-19 yuan took the lead,totally 177 945（ 44. 55%）,and the average single dosage cost was 19. 5 yuan. Rasasankhya within 12-14 took the lead,totally 98 365 prescriptions（ 24. 63%）. Meanwhile,the number of dosage in 14 were the most,totally 158 267prescriptions（ 39. 63%）. CONCLUSIONS： The outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in terms of single dosage cost,rasasankhya and number of dosage were basically rational,yet the rasasankhya still needs the further analysis from the specialized level and optimization.
