利多卡因胶浆和链霉蛋白酶联合应用在胃镜检查中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨链霉蛋白酶在胃镜检查中的作用。方法将在我院接受胃镜检查的门诊患者200例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。研究组于检查前15min口服链霉蛋白酶溶液及10ml利多卡因胶浆,对照组于检查前15min口服10ml利多卡因胶浆,比较两组胃镜检查时的视野清晰度、检查时间、微小病灶的观察情况。结果研究组与对照组比较,胃镜视野清晰度高(P<0.05)、检查时间短(P<0.05)、微小病变的检出率高(P<0.05),可提高胃部癌前病变的检出率。结论利多卡因胶浆联合链霉蛋白酶可应用于胃镜检查的准备,可以提高疾病的诊断率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pronasecombined withlidocaine mucilage in endoscopyexamination. Methods A total of 200 patients who accepted endoscopy were randomly assigned to research group and control group. The research group accepted oral pronase and lidocaine mucilage 10 ml 15 minutes before the endoscopy examination; while,the control group accepted oral lidocaine mucilage 10 ml 15 minutes before the procedure. The total checking time,image visibility scores,microlesion,were recorded. Results Compared with the control group,the research group have obviously improvements in the image visibility,the time of examinationand positive detection rates of microlecsion and precancerous lesion（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Premedication with pronase and lidocaine mucilage can reduce the procedure time and improve image visibility and increase the detection rates of micro-lesion,especially for the precancerous lesions.
