慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血趋化因子CXCL11和CXCL16的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子CXCL11和CXCL16在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法用ELISA方法定量检测CHB患者外周血中CXCL11和CXCL16含量。以全自动生化分析仪检测CHB患者血清中ALT含量。结果CHB患者血清中CXCL11浓度为(247.73±76.58)ng/L,CXCL16的浓度为(7.42±0.64)μg/L,均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中CXCL11与ALT呈正相关(r值为0.702,P<0.05),而CXCL16与ALT之间无明显相关性(r值为-0.538,P>0.05)。结论CXCL11和CXCL16在CHB患者中明显升高,参与了机体对HBV的免疫反应过程,介导肝脏炎细胞浸润,参与了乙型肝炎慢性化病程。CXC16水平与血清ALT浓度无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of CXCL11 and CXCL16 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B（ CHB）. Methods The serum levels of CXCL11 and CXCL16 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase（ ALT） were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The serum levels of CXCL11 in the patients with chronic hepatitis B were（ 247. 73 ± 76. 58） ng / L,and the levels of CXCL16 were（ 7. 42 ± 0. 64）μg /L,and were significantly higher than those in normal controls（ P〈0. 05）,ALT and CXCL11 were positively correlated（ r = 0. 702,P〈0.05）,while there was no significant correlation between CXCL16 and ALT（ r =-0. 538,P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The serum levels of CXCL11 and CXCL 16 were significantly increased in patients with chronic hepatitis B,involved in the body＇s immune response against HBV,mediated by liver infiltration of inflammatory cells,involved in the chronic hepatitis B disease. There was no significant correlation between CXC16 level and ALT in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
